The EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) regulates, among other things, that persons in senior positions and their related persons must report transactions with Hoist Finance’s shares in excess of EUR 5,000 during a calendar year to the Swedish Financial Services Authority, (Finansinspektionen).
